About

I’m Aishwarya Naresh Reganti, an AI practitioner and researcher with over a decade of experience building production machine learning and AI systems.

I have a master’s in data science from Carnegie Mellon University’s Language Technologies Institute, and I’ve published 40+ research papers, including at NeurIPS, AAAI, and CVPR. I’ve also advised several master’s and PhD students, and our work has been used by researchers at Google Research for harmful-language detection and the University of Cambridge for visual question answering.

I’m the founder of LevelUp Labs, an AI transformation lab that helps mid-market and enterprise companies become AI-native through education, engineering, and strategy. Before founding LevelUp Labs, I worked as an AI Tech Lead at AWS, where I built and deployed AI solutions at scale for clients across banking, sports, real estate, healthcare, and many other industries. Across my career, I’ve led and deployed more than 50 AI use cases, giving me strong grounding in how AI systems actually get built, evaluated, scaled, and deployed in production. Over the last few years, teaching has become a much bigger part of what I do. I’ve taught professionals at MIT and Oxford University, and I run an extremely popular enterprise AI course on Maven along with Kiriti Badam (co-founder and CTO at LevelUp Labs), taken by more than 3,000 product and engineering leaders and builders from companies including Google, Amazon, Meta, Anthropic, and many more.
